A few roaches at night usually means hundreds behind the walls — our Cortez, CO technicians find the harborage, not just the symptoms. Beyond the disgust factor, roach activity is tied to real indoor air quality concerns, so we treat every call with genuine urgency.
Every technician carries state pest-control licensing and ongoing training specific to Blattella germanica and Periplaneta americana biology.
We keep technicians positioned across Cortez, CO so an active infestation gets seen the same day it's reported.

We target the tight, moist harborage spots — under the fridge, behind the dishwasher — where German roaches breed fastest.

We walk the property identifying moisture sources, food debris zones, and gaps that let roaches back in after treatment.
Ongoing service keeps bait stations fresh and catches new activity before it becomes a re-infestation.
